This session is not for making final decisions, but to explore what materials is available in the market, understand your style preferences, and begin eliminating options. Even if your choices change later, this early exposure has all the below benefits and more:

- The Design Showroom Owner (valued at part fee of $140)
- Retro Construction’s designer (valued at $150)
- 1-hour private consult-room session (valued at $150)
(Paid by us to Sample Warehouse upon booking the slot)
- 1-hour design consultation with our designer in a private consultation room
- 15 minutes of additional support from the showroom designers
- A booked slot meaning limited feet in the Showroom for you to explore better
- After consultation support (limited from the design rooms end, but unlimited from the builders end)to guide you through your decision-making process.

Conditions, Requirements & Important Notes
- Not all finishes suit all homes; therefore, we will help guide selections that work with your home’s style, layout, and practical requirements during the consult and after when there are indications of materials preferences from your end on.
- We kindly request allowing our photographer/social media designer to capture:
- A few minutes of natural footage
- Two short voice clips during designer explanations
- Photos of the mood board/materials
Face footage is optional — we can exclude this if preferred, just tell us upon reply
This helps us to update our documented design process.
- Additional terms are available upon request but may also be handled simply by posing more questions. These are basic guidelines to support this offer. This offer is made in good faith and if needed further terms can be set by us.
- Unfortunately, only one client will be selected for this complimentary offer. Other clients already engaged or ready to engage in the pre-liminary phase of their project, are welcome to book a similar consultation directly with us at the reduced-price package we were able to put together to the total value of this offer being, $335.
- Many clients are not aware that this process has the benefits mentioned, therefor using this offer is an added benefit to your projects process, you would not have had until closer to the project start phase.
- Similar packages by way of direct bookings with Sample Warehouses Showroom and Designers currently ranges at just under $1000 per session.
- All material selections for your complete home can be made within this showroom.

Available Date Options:
- Saturday 29/11 — between 9:00am and 12:00pm
(Showroom preference: as early as possible) - Saturday 6/12 — 9:00am to 12:00pm
If neither Saturday works, they may be able to offer only one alternative timeslot upon request.
