In compliance with Section 20 of the Construction Contracts Act 2002, all invoices sent by Retro Construction Limited will be accompanied by a “Notice for Claim of Payment.” This document outlines your rights and obligations under the Act, including the procedures for making a payment claim and responding to a payment claim.
